RENTAL INFORMATION
|
- 7-night minimum stay (5-6 nights sometimes available - not during the holiday season).
- Check out: by 10am. Late check-out is occasionally available on a last minute basis but can only be guaranteed if you book the following night.
- Check in: after 3pm (early check-ins sometimes available by prior arrangement).

PAYMENT TERMS
|
- We ask for 50% of the total rental amount on booking to reserve the apartment. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- We also ask for a $200 damage deposit, payable by personal check or money order at the time of 2nd payment and fully refunded within 1 week of departure if there is no damage or loss.
Personal checks drawn on Canadian banks take up to 30 days to clear so need to be sent 45 days in advance. Please note that the check or money order needs to be made out in $US.
For people living outside Canada and the US we have a different arrangement for damage deposit.
- We take Visa and MC, travelers’ checks, money orders or bank wire transfers. We also take personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.
- For credit card payments we will email you an authorization form to sign and fax to us (or snail mail if you don’t have access to a fax). You may call to give us credit card information but we will also need a signed form.

CANCELLATION POLICY
|
- If you cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your arrival date or more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking ($50 minimum).
- If you cancel your reservation 31-59 days prior to your arrival date, the reservation deposit will only be refunded for nights re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
- If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival date or less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, payments will only be refunded for nights re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
- If you cancel your reservation during your stay you will only be refunded for those nights re-rented, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
