500 sq foot Sugar Beach Apartment is an immaculately clean 'home away from home', equipped with everything we could think of for your Maui vacation, including snorkels gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers.

Amenities include: two ductless Fujitsu A/C units plus ceiling fans, free Road Runner high speed internet (bring your own laptop), Beautyrest California king bed with pillowtop and 500 thread count cotton sheets, your own washer/dryer, telephone (private line), cable TV, DVD/VCR, CD player, and a fully-equipped kitchen including oven and full size refridgerator with ice-maker. An upscale Maui vacation rental, the apartment has tile floors, soft carpet in the bedroom, granite countertops, shower/tub and off-street parking. Accommodates up to 2. Strictly non-smoking.
Your fridge will be stocked with some bottled waters & juices and breakfast items sufficient for 2 days: a choice of tropical fruits, pastries, croissants, bagels, muffins, bread or cereal. Your kitchen will also be stocked with milk, fresh-ground coffee, a variety of black and herb teas, half & half and individual portions of butter & jam.
We also provide an information pack to help you make the most of your vacation: snorkel maps, activities, beaches info, ‘must dos’, recommended restaurants etc.
As former owners of Ho’okipa Hale Vacation Rentals on Maui’s north shore, which we owned and operated for 5+ years, we learnt a lot about what is important to our guests and endeavor to provide a comfortable, clean, private and quiet vacation hideaway.
